Shipping policy
Matriarch will ship all goods as soon as possible after receiving an order;however, it is possible due to the shipper, the weather, etc. that the goods may take more time to arrive then expected. If an order for any reason cannot be fulfilled a credit will be issued in the same way in which the order was paid for.
